Then: During the ’80s, Michael DeLorenzo was a regular on two shows about high school — ‘Fame,’ where he played the dancer Michael, and ‘Head of the Class,’ where he played Alex Torres. But his most famous role was in the ’90s as Det. Eddie Torres on ‘New York Undercover.’ You may also remember DeLorenzo from the movies ‘A Few Good Men’ and ‘Alive.’

Now: Delorenzo continues to be a TV mainstay, guesting on shows like ‘Numb3rs’ and ‘CSI Miami.’ Like many actors who’ve had long careers, the 52-year-old has expressed his desire to move behind the camera. He made that dream a reality with his big-screen directorial debut of the 2008 National Lampoon flick ‘One, Two, Many.’
