This Japanese Scottish Fold has garnered over 100 million views since he began sliding into and out of boxes on YouTube in 2008. Still, even if you've spent some quality web time with Maru, you've probably never seen him like this.

This slow-motion video of Maru going after one of his cat toys offers a rare and unguarded look at the inner life of one of the internet's most famous cats. It's also really funny to see the furball suspended in mid-air.
