The first rule of Fake ID Club may very well be that you don't talk about Fake ID Club. But we have to think the second rule surely has to be "don't use an internationally-famous movie star's photo." Seems a Brazilian conman didn't get the memo, though.

Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros, 41, was arrested by local authorities in Brazil when he tried to open a bank account using a phony ID with a photo of Jack Nicholson. What's worse, he doesn't look a thing like the Oscar-winning actor and star of 'As Good As It Gets' and 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.'

Barros used a different name on the ID, but it still didn't pass muster with the bank, so they called the cops. When he was taken into custody, Barros had five other fake IDs, 36 checkbooks, four credit cards and various other false documents.

After a brief stay in the clink, he was sent to a mental hospital for evaluation -- where, with any luck, Nurse Ratched was on duty.
