Yup, those really were snakes in Eric Fiegel's pocket.

Security cameras at Mesa, Arizona's Predators Reptile Center caught the 22-year-old stuffing five $800 baby sharp albino boa constrictors into his shorts, and then leaving the premises.

Next, the bandit tried to sell the snakes to the nearby Arizona Reptile Center. When the two stores made the connection, Fiegel, who foolishly left his information at the second store, was arrested on theft charges.

Fiegel took on more risk than he may have realized during his reptile robbery: According to Predators Reptile Center owner Christian Kaleta the baby boas aren't afraid to use their teeth, and Fiegel was lucky to have made it through the caper with everything intact.
