Knowing you have been diagnosed with cancer is never good news. But some undergo chemotherapy and come out cured. Some don't. In this video, Jake Bouma, who was suffering from Hodgkin's lymphoma, gets the big news from his doctor. Heads up: you may want to keep some tissues by your side.

After a grueling four months of chemotherapy treatment, Bouma sat down with his oncologist to discuss the results of his latest PET scan. We don't know much about the medical terminology used, but as the doctor runs through the progress made with each scan, Bouma's partner begins to shed tears of joy.
