Man Named Oates ‘Maneats’ Poor Guy Named Hall

If your name is Hall and your neighbor's name is Oates, you probably don't really have much of a choice but to try to eat him. You could just try to watch him with Private Eyes, or hope he makes your dreams come true, we guess. But apparently Roger Oates was more of a maneater type. That must be why he took a bite out of his neighbor's face.

Oates and his friend were clearly intoxicated when Hall found them stumbling out of his car in Norwalk, Ohio. Next thing you know Oates charged him and bit off most of his eyebrow. Suddenly the jokes seem a bit less funny.

Oates and Robert Mantz were charged with resisting arrest, felony assault and obstructing official business. We bet they can't go for that. Sorry.
