LMFAO's 'Sexy and I Know It' is definitely not for the G-rated crowd, but does that mean kids should get in trouble for singing it? Well, that's what one school district thinks.

Six-year-old D’Avonte Meadows was given a three-day suspension from Sable Elementary in Aurora, Colorado after singing the lyrics to a female classmate in the lunch line. And it turns out this isn't the first time Meadows has been in hot water for such behavior. He was previously warned for singing the same song to the same girl.

Still, his mother Stephanie Meadows thinks the punishment was way too harsh. "I could understand if he was fondling her, looking up her skirt, trying to look in her shirt. That, to me, is sexual harassment," she said. "I'm just, I'm floored. They're going to look at him like he's a pervert. And it's like, that's not fair to him."

While the school board wouldn't comment specifically on this case, it did release the following statement: "Aurora Public Schools is committed to providing equitable learning for all students. We have policies and protocol in place to prevent any disruption to the learning environment. Due to privacy laws, we are unable to discuss appropriate disciplinary consequences about a specific student."
