Lion Really Wants to Devour Toddler Dressed In Zebra Stripes

In yet another example of a child about to be eaten by a zoo animal, an adorable one-year-old boy attracts unwanted attention from a hungry African lioness named Kya in this video. Meanwhile, the boy's parents laugh at the spectacle as if it's the cutest thing they've ever seen.

The boy, whose name is Jack, is wearing a striped hoodie which unfortunately makes him look like a zebra. As he leans placidly against an enclosure, the lion paws frantically at the glass in an attempt to reach him. "That's, like, almost not cool," says one woman in the background. Yeah, we'd have to agree.

The boy's mother, Heather Baltzor, explained the video. "It was Jack's first trip to the zoo," she said. "We didn't even realize he looked like a zebra until we got home but a lot of the animals in the zoo -- the crocodiles and the jaguars -- apparently did. They would come up to the glass and look at him."

"We were not worried. We thought it was hilarious," she continued. Um, okay. Still, there's a lesson to be learned here -- when taking your kids to the zoo, never dress them up like delicious prey.
