Lana Del Rey's performance on 'Saturday Night Live' last month received  the kind of awful reviews that you usually have to be caught lip syncing to get hit with. But the sultry singer was a lot better during an appearance on 'The Late Show With David Letterman' Thursday night.

Singing her hit 'Video Games,' Del Rey's voice was stronger than it was during her SNL debacle, and she didn't seem as nervous on stage. After she was done, 'Late Show' band leader Paul Shaffer labeled her performance "gorgeous" and Letterman used the word "beautiful,' before inviting Del Rey back to sing anytime she wanted.

What do you think of Del Rey's clearly improved effort? Was it as terrific as Paul and Dave claimed? Or were they just momentarily hypnotized by Del Rey's giant lips?
