La La Vasquez — MTV VJs Then and Now

Then: While in college at Howard University in Washington, D.C., Vasquez worked as a DJ at the campus radio station. From there, she earned a job at LA's KKBT radio, where she caught the eye of MTV casting agents. By 2002, she was co-hosting 'Total Request Live' and 'MTV Fashionably Loud.'

Now: Having married New York Knicks' small forward Carmelo Anthony in 2010, the former VJ is now known as La La Anthony. Still a vivid television personality, she's been popping up on reality shows like 'Project Runway All Stars' and 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' as well as starring in two of her own, 'La La's Full Court Wedding' and 'La La's Full Court Life.' Anthony née Vasquez also snags the occasional film role, as she did the box office sensation 'Think Like a Man.'
