As part of a minigame within Microsoft's new video game 'Kinect Star Wars,' Han Solo has been made into an intergalactic dancing machine.

As R2-D2 and C3P0 look on, Han and two backup dancers take control of the disco and show off some synchronized moves. The song they are dancing to? 'I'm Han Solo,' a reworking of Jason Derulo's hit 'Ridin' Solo.'

The video's reception has been polarizing, to say the least. It has so far garned about four times as many down votes as up votes on YouTube, and one gets the sense that many 'Star Wars' fans think the playful inclusion of the minigame has done Jar Jar-like damage to their beloved sci-fi franchise.

"Alright everyone, this is it. The day Star Wars died. Everyone go home, nothing else to see here," said YouTube commentator Ironmaiden947, summing up the majority opinion.

"This is worse than Greedo shooting first," BurnThroughMe added.

We're going to have to disagree. The track is actually sort of catchy, and that Han can really shake a leg. In fact, the only fault we can find with the video is its unforgivable lack of some sweet Chewbacca breakdancing.
