The 2012 Kids' Choice Awards reminded us all why the ceremony can be more entertaining than the Oscars. Not only do celebrities with zero chance of winning Academy Awards (that means you, Adam Sandler and Kristen Stewart) get recognition for their work, but they also get sufficiently humiliated. We're talking getting covered 'Carrie'-style with buckets of green slime.

Host for the evening Will Smith called on Justin Bieber to help him welcome the celeb everyone voted to get slimed. Too bad the teen heartthrob, who had just won the 2012 Kids' Choice Award for Favorite Male Singer, had no clue it was him. But by the time he figured it out, it was too late.

Chris Colfer

Chris Colfer got tipped off by Heidi Klum that he was getting slimed, but the 'Glee' star had no idea just how bad. His nerves were put at ease when he first saw the light trickle of ooze spring out from his podium, but... well, see for yourself how much worse it got.

Taylor Lautner

'Twilight' hunk Taylor Lautner was one of the audience favorites on the red carpet. Even when a canon dosed him in slime in front of all the flashing cameras, fans were still trying to reach past the barrier to touch his pecs. We're thinking the green ooze was just a ploy to get him to take his shirt off for the crowd.

Halle Berry

Nobody is safe from the green slime, not even Oscar winners. That much was made clear when a random kid in the audience snuck up behind Halle Berry and dumped a bucket of the junk over her head. Fortunately, she's a professional and kept her cool even when everyone was laughing and pointing fingers.

All throughout the Kids' Choice Awards, 'The Voice' judge Cee Lo Green plagued Will Smith with his Creepy Hater Voice, trying to throw the host off his game. It turns out, all Green wanted was to get slimed. While his wish didn't come true per se, he definitely got the next best thing: "sundaed."
