Juggalos Upgraded to Gang Threat Status By the FBI
Juggalos, those lovable face painted fans of the horrorcore hip hop group Insane Clown Posse, have now been listed in an FBI "National Gang Threat Assessment" report as a recognized gang in at least 21 states.
The report, available for download from the FBI's website, lists some groups of ICP fanboys as gangs akin to other organized groups such as the Bloods, the Crips and the Aryan Brotherhood who "exhibit gang-like behavior and engage in criminal activity and violence."
The offenses committed by these "Juggalo subsets" seem to only be relatively small crimes including simple assault, drug use and possession, petty theft and vandalism. However, those crimes are growing as the Juggalos' numbers and groups multiply, elevating to felony assaults, robbery and drug distribution.
This proves what we've suspected since we were but a wee lad: all clowns, deep down, are evil and aim to take over the world.
