John Wall’s First Pitch Fail

Youtube

NBA star John Wall of the Washington Wizards was given the honor of throwing the opening pitch in the Baltimore Orioles vs. Washington Nationals game on June 17th, 2011. The athleticism that Wall displays on the court didn’t translate too well onto the diamond. Unfortunately, bounce passes aren’t as effective in baseball as they are in basketball.

Should Wall ever decide to pull a Michael Jordan and retire from basketball to pursue baseball as an alternative, we can only hope that his friends and family will show him this video to remind him of what a mistake that most definitely would turn out to be.
