Jaleel White to Guest Star as Prison Inmate on ‘House’

When we last saw Hugh Laurie’s title character from ‘House,’ he was driving his car into former paramour Lisa Cuddy’s house — a stunt that landed him in prison. In the October 3 season premiere of the show, the TV doctor’s cellmate will be revealed: it’s Jaleel White.

White, who’s best known for his portrayal of consummate nerd Steve Urkel on the 1990s sitcom ‘Family Matters,’ will appear in a guest-spot on ‘House,’ playing Laurie’s fellow inmate.

The 34-year-old actor — who, we have to say, has turned into quite a looker — has been having a career renaissance of late, showing up on series such as ‘The Game,’ ‘Psych,’ and ‘Boston Legal,’ and starring in the video for Cee-Lo Green’s ‘Cry Baby.’

Laura would be proud.
