Is This Cat Barking?

Because he wants back into the house, a cat named Albino barks like a dog to get his owner's attention.

What's odd is that the window Albino wanted to be let in through was open the whole time. Perhaps what the feline was actually doing is making fun of how dumb he thinks dogs can be.
