Even the pet dog sits comfortably on the man's lap to watch the cuteness play out on the porch. Judging by the little girl's shirt, they are in Idaho, where everybody needs a sweater at this time of the year. So it's a good guess the goats weren't dressed up for the sake of accessorizing, because it's nothing like the dog wearing Santa pants.
