An enterprising 5-year-old from Ohio tried to drive the family's SUV to search for her missing mom, according to 'Good Morning America.' We've heard of separation anxiety before, but this seems a bit extreme.

On Monday, young Ameleah Kegley arrived home from school and discovered that her mother was nowhere to be found. After waiting several hours for her to return, Kegley took matters into her own hands and climbed into the family's car.

But the child failed to turn the ignition completely on, and rolled into a neighbor's yard instead. At that point, Kegley decided to call 911.

Her mother, Christina Hunter, had been taken to the hospital earlier that day for an undisclosed ailment. According to Hunter, she asked Kegley's father to care for the child, but he claims he never received the message.
