Family Dog Thought to be Dead Miraculously Wakes Up the Next Day [VIDEO]

Here's a tip: if you think your pet is dead, double check before planning to bury him.

That's the lesson the McKinlay family of Yelm, WA family learned earlier this week when the dog they thought had been killed miraculously "came back to life" the next day.

The eight month-old Yorkshire Terrier Shih Tzu got out of his yard and was hit by a car on December 3. Paul McKinlay checked the badly-injured dog and assumed he was dead. He wrapped him up in a blanket and placed him under a wheelbarrow to be buried the next day.

Luckily he didn't bury him immediately, because the next day the family found him alive, and sitting up!
