Then: Janine Lindemulder was working in porn when she shot the cover of Blink 182's 'Enema of the State.' She broke into the industry in Penthouse, and won the magazine's December Pet of the Month Honor in 1987.
She also starred in Blink 182's music video for 'What's My Age Again?" as the same sexy nurse.
