Then: O’Ross played Itchy, Flattop's giggling hitman associate. A minor league baseball player before he was an actor, O'Ross became a recognizable face during the '80s due to roles in films like 'Red Heat,' 'The Cotton Club' and 'Lethal Weapon.'

Now: You might recognize O'Ross now as Nikolai, the Russian florist from 'Six Feet Under.' He was also sandwich shop owner Leo on 'Curb Your Enthusiasm.' More recently, O'Ross had guest appearances on 'NCIS' and ‘The United States of Tara.’
