Domino's is taking pizza delivery to new heights. Literally.

The pizza chain has tested out the 'DomiCopter,' which is exactly what you think it is: a helicopter that delivers pizza.

The DomiCopter took flight last month just outside of London, armed with a pair of pepperoni pizzas. And while the fabulous flying machine, operated by a drone pilot, is more of a novelty designed to generate publicity (for now), it did an effective job, hauling the food four miles in 10 minutes and most likely avoiding the risks associated with traditional pizza delivery.

Pizza that arrives via chopper? Top that, Papa John's.
