California Dogs Cruise in Relaxing Montage

While we don't know why dogs love sticking their heads out of a moving car, we don't seem to mind it when they do. Maybe it's catching the breeze or how funny some of them look when doing so. Either way, it's cute, and it's the inspiration for a new video by Keith Hopkin called 'Dogs In Cars: California.'

Starring eight different adorable breeds of dogs, the video was filmed while cruising around California. And since cruisin' is one of the best things to do in the sunny state, it made for a perfect setting to let these pooches stick their heads out and soak in the passing views.

Playing soundtrack to the video is the unofficial anthem to the state, 'California,' by Phantom Planet. The slow motion footage adds to the mellow vibe. Chill out with the adorably relaxing video below.
