Orleans County in Vermont is a fairly quiet place. It has less than 30,000 residents and is largely agricultural. It's not the kind of place where you generally expect somebody to hold an impromptu monster truck event in the police station parking lot.

Then again, Roger Pion was pretty angry.

Pion had been arrested for marijuana possession and resisting arrest earlier in the month. Unlike most stoners, he apparently did not roll with it. Instead he got a 15-ton tractor and crushed seven of the Orleans County Police Department's eleven vehicles.

The police, with air conditioners running, were unaware of the tractor crush going on until someone called 911. But it was too late. Pion managed to escape because he'd destroyed all their cruisers. Ultimately, he was arrested by the state police.
