Cop Perfectly Parodies Matthew McConaughey’s Lincoln Ads

It looks like Jim Carrey has some competition when it comes to the best Matthew McConaughey impression.

Larry Wise, a sergeant with the Cedar Hill Police Department, in Cedar Hill, Tex, made this hilarious video lampooning McConaughey's well-known Lincoln ads.

The police released the video as a thank-you to the public after it received 4,000 likes on Facebook.

In the spoof, Wise questions aloud exactly how the men in blue wind up joining the force, musing that it happens because being a cop looked "cool on TV or 'cause med school was just out of the question."

Who knew police officers could be so introspective? Or so funny?
