‘Conan’ Gives Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg and Vanilla Ice the Rap Musical Treatment

A Broadway musical based on Tupac Shakur's life called 'Holler If Ya Hear Me' has begun production. Yes, this is really happening.

But that's not all. 'Conan' offered a sneak peek at three other Broadway musicals that will be based on famous hip hop stars. Take a look.

OK, these three shows are not really happening. But if Tupac is headed for the Great White Way, why not 'Big Pimpin' The Life and Music of Jay-Z,' which features Jay-Z's gritty pre-fame street life? Hey, he already sampled 'Annie' in one his best-known songs.

And 'Ain’t Nuthin' But a G-Sharp,' in which Professor Snoop Dogg teaches eager students how to improve their vocabulary by peppering in "-izzles," looks quite delightful.

Obviously, 'Vanilla Ice: American Legend' is just a huge joke. There is no room on Broadway for that kind of farce.
