Christian Bale Roughed Up By Chinese Security Forces In Intense Footage [VIDEO]

Christian Bale could have used a little help from Batman during his recent trip to China.

The actor had gone there to promote his movie 'The Flowers of War,' and decided to step off of the red carpet and also pay a visit to human rights activist Chen Guangcheng, who the Chinese government have placed under house arrest. That's when things got physical for the hotheaded actor. 

With a CNN camera crew in tow, Bale attempted to enter Guangcheng's village, but was rebuffed by security officials who shoved him and slapped a camera out of his hand. Whoa, guys. Only Christian Bale gets to go off on cameramen who step in his light.
