In what may be the most impressive example of multitasking yet, a New York Times Magazine cartoonist drew the New York City Marathon while simultaneously running it.

Christoph Niemann sketched his entire marathon experience, from when he woke up in the morning at 4:48AM, to the moment he crossed the finish line hours later. As if that wasn't enough, he even tweeted images to his followers as he ran. Does this guy have amazing hand-eye-foot coordination or what?
