Carlton Draught Shows Beer Commercials How It’s Done

We wish there were more beer commercials like this -- genuinely funny, entertaining and not containing patriotic horses of any kind. Until that day, we will watch this one from Carlton Draught whenever we get a hankering for beer-related YouTube entertainment, which has to happen at least once every month or two.

The commercial is a spoof of a traditional cops and robbers chase -- instead of fast cars and reckless driving, they're all on foot, and trying really, really hard not to spill their beers. All the tropes of beer commercials are there -- the guys carrying glass, police barricades, drawbridges. The only thing missing is cars.

We've got to respect these guys -- not only do they avoid drinking and driving at all costs, they also don't waste their beer. Honorable bad guys if there ever was one.
