'Tis the season for your electric bill to go through the roof.

It's Christmastime, which means people put up lights in their yard and on their home to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year. It's festive and visually stimulating, but can it be too much?

One couple in West Palm Beach thinks so -- they are suing their neighbor, claiming her lights and music display is too much.

For some, putting up lights is a way to get into the spirit of the season. For others, it's a time to decorate every nook and cranny of their homes with enough wattage to power an entire area code and temporarily blind anyone who looks at it for longer than the time it takes to say "temporarily blind anyone" and potentially leads to the kind of acrimonious relationship among neighbors (particularly those in West Palm Beach) depicted in an episode of Family Guy.
