Buddy Media CEO Michael Lazerow, whose company is in the process of being acquired by Salesforce.com for a whopping $689 million, delivers a heartfelt message about living without fear in this inspirational video. (Hey, with that sort of cash, we could be fearless too.)

Lazerow, who was born with a heart defect, doesn't speak throughout the video. Instead, he plays an iPad slideshow that describes how he overcame his illness.

When he was 18-months-old, Lazerow somehow managed to cheat death after his heart failed. Then, he had emergency heart valve replacement at 19-years-old. But instead of experiencing fear after the surgery, Lazerow felt "a warm peace, a deep calm" and relief at having survived. From there, he started his first company and eventually founded Buddy Media.

"If you live without fear, anything is possible," wrote Lazerow. "Is fear holding you back?"
