Brooklyn Parents Serenade Kids With End of School Year Flash Mob

PS 10 Flash Mob

There is nothing more exciting to a kid than the onset of summer vacation. But the youngsters at Brooklyn’s PS 10 got a whole different kind of thrill during their last days of the school year when their parents showed up in the school yard last week and serenaded them with an elaborate flash mob.

Watch this new type of parental involvement below.

As you can see, the routine started with a choreographed dance to classical music. Then things got “fun” with The Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Boom, Boom Pow’ and LMFAO’s ‘Party Rock Anthem.’

While some of the older kids seemed embarrassed by the display, most of the elementary schoolers enjoyed the show. In fact, many joined in with the adults and danced along.

What would you have thought if your parents did this when you were a kid?
