Crazy Bird Crosses Busy Highway – and Survives! [VIDEO]

Over the years people have offered up millions of possible explanations as to why the chicken chose to cross the road. Though there seems to be some consensus that it involves to a desire to get to the other side, this adrenaline-filled video of a similar bird (a duck, maybe?) crossing a crowded Panamanian highway presents a more concrete motive: Birds are freakin' daredevils!

They cross the road for the same reason that humans climb mountains or jump out of planes. That's got to be the explanation, because there's just nothing worth this bird risking its life for on the other side of the highway.
