Baby Who Gave Barack Obama a Mouthful of Fingers Is the New ‘Charlie Bit My Finger’ [VIDEO]

When most folks pose with Presidents they get wowed by the moment and  just stand their grinning -- like Mr. Smiley over here on the right. However, during a holiday photo shoot on a military base in Hawaii, Capt. Greg Wagner's 8-month old son Cooper decided to make his Christmas day photo op with Pres. Obama count by shoving his little fingers into the Commander-in-Chief's mouth.

While Cooper's bold move 'mortified' his mother, we think it was pretty terrific, and wish he had done it last week so he could have been eligible for our Cutest Baby Video of 2011.
