Gumby Creator Art Clokey Honored in Nostalgic Google Doodle
Visit the Google homepage today and you might recognize a familiar face: Gumby is in the Google Doodle spotlight. The doodle, which commemorates the 90th birthday of late Gumby creator Art Clokey (he passed in January 2010), is also animated -- clicking on the colored balls of clay reveals the whole Gumby gang, including Pokey the horse and the Blockheads.

What the New Facebook Profile Will Look Like (and How to Get It Now)
Facebook announced a big overhaul of their user profile design at yesterday's f8 developers conference. The redesign includes a chronological sorting of each user's life in a feature they've dubbed the Timeline.
The feature automatically sorts all of a user's Facebook activity over time (so you'll be able to easily access those embarrassing wall exchanges with your old exes) and offers the ability to upload images or video from years past (your oversharing childhood pal is salivating over this). David Thorne’s Epic Office Pranks Revealed in Coworker’s Complaints
Australian humorist David Thorne, best known on the internet for trying to pay a bill with a drawing of a spider, has taken his mischief to the workplace.
His elaborate pranks on coworker Simon Dempsey include replacing his business cards with ones that list his position as "Horse Whisperer" and tediously painting his black iPhone white with Liquid Paper. Thorne recently posted scans of Dempsey's complaint forms on his blog, and they detail his pranks in all their hilarious glory.

A decision has been made in the case of twin brothers Nick and Nate Smith, who switched places to take a $50,000 shot at a charity hockey match last month.
