Then: Andrew Keegan was a successful teenage actor, appearing in movies such as 'Independence Day' and snagging reoccurring roles on 'Party of Five' and '7th Heaven.' But he is best remembered for playing cluelessly self-absorbed lothario Joey Donner in the teen romantic comedy '10 Things I Hate About You.'

Now: Keegan's film career has slowed as an adult -- his last movie was the direct-to-video effort 'Love, Wedding, Marriage.' The 32-year old added some stage acting to his resume in 2009, debuting in the play 'He Asked For It.' In July of 2011, Perez Hilton reported that Keegan was handcuffed and reportedly tasered after refusing to turn down the music at his raging house party. That is such a Joey Donner move.
