See ‘America’s Got Talent’ Singer Andrew De Leon In All His Goth Glory

You can't judge a book by its cover. That's the lesson we all learned this week on 'America's Got Talent' from Andrew De Leon.

Decked out in Goth attire, everybody expected the teenager to sing something dark and metallic. But instead he belted out an amazing operatic soprano aria that left the judges and audience stunned.

De Leon had said that he had never performed in front of another person -- let alone an audience. However, there does exist another recording of him singing.

The video was uploaded on May 28th. This could mean that it is from after his 'AGT' appearance, which was prerecorded. Whenever the video was shot, a couple things are clear. First, is that the self-taught singer's voice is consistently spectacular. And, second, De Leon was actually toning down his Goth look on 'America's Got Talent.'
