A Cappella Group Pentatonix Performs Awesome ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ Cover

Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know” is already a smash hit on the radio, having been covered by numerous wannabe singers on YouTube and spoofed for an ‘SNL’ digital short. Now the song has gotten a unique cover by acapella group Pentatonix.

The five-member group come with some serious pedigree, namely being the season 3 champions of NBC’s ‘The Sing-Off.’ Check out their awesome a cappella cover of Gotye’s hit below.

Although an impressive performance in it’s own right, Pentatonix aren’t the first group to rack up millions of views for their version of the song. A month before they uploaded their cover, indie group Walk off the Earth went viral with their cover in which the five musicians play on a single guitar. Check it out below.
