3D Face Masks Are 2011’s Creepiest Halloween Costume
Still looking for the perfect Halloween costume? With one of these 3D masks, you can go as your best friend or someone in your family. Now that’s creepy. These 3D replica masks are made by REAL-f, a Japanese company that can replicate facial features down to the most minute detail.
The company takes photos of a person’s face (like, say, your best friend) from every angle, prints it on vinyl chloride and stretches it over a mold of your face. Now imagine having 10 versions of you going trick-or-treating or showing up to a Halloween party together. Shudder.
