Sewers are not, as a rule, entertaining amusement park rides. Usually they're extremely dangerous. Jeffrey LaPorta of Parma, OH, however, lucked out and just got the ride of his life.

LaPorta was goofing around with friends on his bike when he accidentally fell into an overflowing creek. He was sucked into the sewer in a ride he compared to a scary waterslide, and traveled under four lanes of traffic.

Fortunately for him, a city worker happened to be nearby checking out the flooding and was immediately put on the case by his friends. Firefighters and city workers yanked up manhole covers and called Jeff's name until they found him and hauled him out.

Hey, now he's got an awesome way to introduce himself for the rest of his life.
